This Client wanted their cement Patio enclosed and conditioned with Heat and Air.  They also wanted the option to open up the room to the outside.   We converted the open Patio to an enclosed Sunroom with an Octagonal tongue and groove, exposed beam vaulted ceiling with large skylights.  We installed Ceramic Tile floors and  created a floor-to-ceiling gas Fireplace with room at the top for a Flat Screen TV.  Installed an energy efficient French Door system on two sides of the room  to bring the outside - in.  Beautiful and functional!
