Whole House Remodel.  This client wanted a more spacious look and feel to their home.  With two growing children, and a work-at-home parent, their existing space was feeling cramped and not functional.  We gutted and remodeled 3,337 square feet of the existing home, adding 550 square feet to the Main Floor impacting the Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room, all Bathrooms, Laundry Room, and Bedrooms and added a new Wine Cellar.  A new 948 square foot Second Floor provided space for a new Master Bedroom and Bath, Walk-in closet, and Office/Library.  The front face of the house was redesigned and the back pool area redesigned to allow easy access from the back of the house.
