This client became inspired to remodel other areas of their house after we finished their Kitchen remodel.  Their Second and Third projects with us finished their wish list.  All project summary:  Extensive Interior remodel of Family Room, Kitchen, Laundry, Master Bath.  Gutted Kitchen to achieve  a modern American look with Cherry cabinets, Granite counter tops, Tumbled Stone splash and Hardwood floors, raised ceiling to 9', and installed sprinkler system. Gutted  Family Room vaulting ceiling to 14' and refacing masonry fireplace. Gutted Master Bath vaulting ceiling and replacing cabinets, floor, tile and fixtures with an updated look.  Extended Laundry room  and installed a new elevator.  Converted the double car garage to single car for the new laundry and  elevator space. Exterior remodel: New 750 square foot detached Garage/workshop with breezeway, replacement of wood back deck with colored concrete patio and large outdoor cooking area, and new 230 square foot Garden House.
