This Client bought this 1950's house knowing that it was too small and intending to immediately remodel.  We added 1,500 square feet to the 1,200 existing square feet through an extension of the back of the house extending the Kitchen, Family and Master Bedroom and adding a new Guest Bathroom, Office  and Laundry space.  We redesigned the look of the Front Face of the house and raised the roof height to accommodate future second story rooms. The new Kitchen now has a Modern American look with Cherry Cabinets, Granite Counter tops, Tumbled stone splash. We refinished the existing Hardwood Floors throughout and  blended the new Hardwood floor areas with the existing.  Two new outdoor patio areas were created, one just off the Family Room and  a cooking/seating area with Gas Grill and separate Fireplace to the side of the yard.
